Browns Mills Modular Ranch Home
This modular floor plan offers three bedrooms and two full baths. The front bedroom appears to be cool, but the clipped corners in this floor plan make it difficult for furniture placement. Cool, but not practical. The front porch is constructed at the factory.The living room to the kitchen is open with the dining room in the floor plan of the left module. The hall way is excessive and is impractical. This is typical of narrow lot home with bedrooms on one side of the floor plan and living space on the other. The living room does not't have great space for a television. I am not enamored with this modular home floor plan.
