Passaic III Modular Ranch Home
This is one cool modular home floor plan. not you typical boxy but good by a three module deep modular. The Living space is open and airy with classy pillars. The kitchen has a sit down bar perfect for a martini in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning. The fourth bedroom is perfect for a working home office. It would be very easy to add a wall in the foyer with French doors. The Passaic III floor plans master suite has tons of storage in dual walk in closets. The bathroom has its own potty room, soaker spa, dual vanities and a linen closet. The Utility room is conveniently located close to the bedrooms. I don't know if I like the exterior door in the utility room - too easy for kids to sneak out. Plus, I don't know if I would like my guests from entering from the garage is this is where the floor plan would dictate the location.
