The Buena Vista II is a narrow lot ranch floor plan with three bedrooms. The master suite has a pretty good bathroom - No toilet view. The master bedroom in the plan is acceptable, but two other bedrooms are a bit cramped. The two bedrooms do have ample storage. The kitchen has a cool eat at bar and has space in the front of the home to be used as a breakfast nook. The home has an integrated chase for mechanical systems to be installed in the attic space. The centrally located laundry is practical in the floor plan. This modular home can be delivered with as two modules with a covered front porch. The front entry has a privacy foyer which shields people from seeing what the clan is doing in the living room of this floor plan. Minor revisions could make this a great home.
