Morris II Modular Ranch Home
The Morris two modular ranch floor plan is a small house with a big feel. The master bedroom offers plenty of space for the wife to have a sitting area to get away from the kids. The master bath could be switched around so no bathing toilet views could be. Adding a vanity sink in the nook between the closed and bath would be a nominal upgrade that could eliminate bathroom fights. The living room is jumbo and open. The dining room is a bit small but practical. The location of the stairs in the floor plan is centrally located so the kids won't be able to easily sneak out and party. This is a highly efficient with a teeny tiny hall way. A laundry room would need to be located in the basement.
