Passaic I Modular Ranch Home
The Passaic is a great floor plan with three bedrooms with the master bedroom separated from the other two bedrooms. There is a ton of clothes storage in this floor plan - three walk in closets. The rear entry has a mudroom and laundry room. The kitchen could have additional cabinets for storage for food and Ron Popeel product. If you added cabinets to the kitchen, you'll be glad you did. The dining room is a bit small but adequate. The master suite shows a corner soaker tub. Note: jets and spas seem like a good idea at the time of the order, but I don't know anyone who uses whirlpools more than once or twice a year. Get a hot tub placed off the dining room instead. The more the merrier mentality. There is little to no wasted space in this floor plan - the hallways are tine. If a garage were to be added to this modular floor plan, it would need to be either a tuck under garage or a garage attached to the rear of the building.
