Sussex II Modular Ranch Home
The Sussex II floor plan is a compact and efficient design. The home is constructed from two modules. The bedrooms are located on the left side of the home with the living room, dining room and kitchen on the left side of the home. The wall separating the kitchen and living room could be eliminated to open the plan up. The kitchen would feel claustrophobic. I would recommend eliminating one or of both of the inside walls of the kitchen. The kitchen does not have storage for food or cooking gadgets. The single bathroom is centrally located for convenience. The home is well designed with nominal wasted hall space. The sliding glass door in the dining room would mean the sliding door would get pretty beat up. I would recommend this home to have a standard side bypass door for the main entry.
