Sussex I Modular Ranch Home
The Sussex I floor plan provides two bedrooms, a general bath, a formal living room and dining room. All of the rooms in this modular floor plan are heavily compartmentalized. The dining room is narrow. The walls separating the kitchen from the dining room and living room creates wall space, but makes the home tight and cramped. The opportunity to add a side garage is all but eliminated unless you want to enter the house through the living room. The two bedrooms share a linen closet. The bathroom is small and impractical - The bathroom floor plan is what I have in my house and I hate it. The toilet next to the tub is kind of gross as well. I like to soak in the tub and I don't want to soak next to the toilet. I am not enamored by this floor plan.
