Sussex III Modular Ranch Home
This modular floor plan has a jumbo open living space, U shaped kitchen and open dining room. The three bedrooms are ample in size. The bathrooms in this home are comfortable in both the general bath and the master suite. I still hate seeing the toilet when I bathe. The Laundry is conveniently located between the living space and bedrooms. I would recommend paying the extra bucks and insulating the laundry alcove walls. The bump out on the front of the house will drive the cost of this floor plans up, but also provides an excellent opportunity for a super cool front porch. This home has a chase designed in the living room space which is required because this floor plan does not have a stairwell to the basement. This is a crawl space floor plan.
