West Virginia Modular Homes

West Virginia is by far my favorite state to ride my motorbike. The wild and wonderful state of West Virginia has the most spectacular mountains that blast your breath away. These mountain ranges are a perfect spot to build a modular cabin or cottage. If I could built a modular cottage I would build it near Keyser where the Candlestick restaurant serves and excellent steak. Mount Storm is only twenty miles away from the whirling wind farms.

West Virginia Resorts and Modular Cabins

The resort areas of West Virginia are being built up with modular structures. Modular buildings in West Virginia include: primary residences; cottages and retreats; hotels and resort buildings. Modular homes offer design flexibility at an affordable price. The most affordable modular home is one of those four sided boxy but good units. Just wanted to see if you were reading these comments.

West Virginia ENERGY STAR Modular Homes

A friend of mine has built homes in northern West Virginia, south of the Pittsburg market. The customer ordered a custom ENERGY STAR rated Cape Cod modular home. The house was set in one day and finished in less than two months from the time of set. Modular Cape Cods usually take longer to finish than ranches and two story homes due to site work required to finish the second floor.

Pennsylvania and West Virginia Modular Homes

Most Pennsylvania modular home manufactures supply homes to West Virginia. Modular homes are in great demand in West Virginia. If you are interested in become a modular home builder or dealer contact us and we will make recommendations to which prefab home factory will best serve you.
